SHORT BIO Agnese is a Social Anthropologist, certified Diversity Manager and Senior Advisor at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Riga. In addition to bilateral relations between Latvia and Norway, her expertise areas are diversity management and corporate anthropology. Agnese holds a Masters' and a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from the University of Bergen (Norway), where she has done extensive research on internationalization of Norwegian companies. She was among the first candidates to get certified as a diversity manager by Norsk Sertifisering (Norwegian Certification Authority) and the International Personnel Certification Association. Agnese teaches business anthropology, development anthropology, international marketing and intercultural understanding in Norway and Latvia.
